btpkr Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

By accessing, registering with, or placing any bet on the btpkr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the btpkr platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and btpkr. They apply to all products and services offered by btpkr, including sports betting, casino games, poker, slots, Andar Bahar, and any promotional offers.

btpkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account pending verification. If it is determined that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.

By using btpkr, you also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Accounts funded by another person's payment methods without that person's verifiable consent will be subject to investigation and may be closed.

To use btpkr's real-money services, you must create an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, date of birth, and the creation of a secure password. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one btpkr account. If btpkr detects multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under the same name, address, phone number, payment method, or device — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts may be voided. The player may be permitted to retain one account at btpkr's discretion.

KYC Verification: btpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification documents. Verification requests must be completed within 14 days of being issued. Accounts that fail to complete verification within this period may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

btpkr may communicate with you via the mobile number or email address registered to your account. You are responsible for ensuring these contact details remain current. Promotional communications will only be sent if you have opted in during registration or subsequently through account settings.

All transactions on btpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btpkr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check directly with Easypaisa, JazzCash, or your bank.

These Terms and Conditions provide general principles, and sport-specific rules take precedence in the event of any conflict.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from btpkr with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not reach confirmation status are not valid, and no liability is accepted for unconfirmed bets. Network disruptions during the bet placement process do not constitute a valid bet.

Bet Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled by the player except where a Cash Out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes. btpkr does not offer bet cancellation as a standard feature.

Bet Voidance by btpkr: btpkr reserves the right to void or amend bets in the following circumstances:

• A manifest pricing error or technical fault in the odds display.
• An event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned without a result being reached.
• Evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns is identified.
• The bet was placed after the event had already commenced on an event not designated for in-play betting.
• The player was found to be acting in breach of these Terms at the time the bet was placed.

Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. btpkr reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts at its reasonable discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns are identified.

All casino games available on btpkr, including slots, Andar Bahar, poker, and live dealer tables, use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are random and not influenced by btpkr, previous outcomes, or bet sizes. RNG certification documentation is available on request.

Each game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information panel. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and represents the theoretical long-term return. Individual session results will vary significantly. A high RTP does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents the normal conclusion of a round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's btpkr balance. btpkr will not be liable for any expected winnings from a round voided due to a technical fault.

Live dealer game results are final once the dealer announces them on stream. In the rare event of a visible error by the live dealer, btpkr will review recorded footage and may void the affected round. Any such void decision is final after the review process is completed.

btpkr offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and accumulator boosts. Each promotion carries its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Bonus Abuse: btpkr monitors all bonus activity. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and any other form of bonus abuse will result in bonus removal, potential account closure, and forfeiture of any winnings derived from abusive bonus use.

Free bets awarded to a player's account are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only the winnings from a free bet are withdrawable — the free bet stake itself is not included in the return. Free bets must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion or they will expire automatically.

btpkr is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an entertaining pastime and that every player has the right to tools that help them stay in control. The following tools are available to all registered btpkr players at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Same cooling-off rules apply to increases.
• Session Time Reminders: Set intervals at which you receive a notification showing how long you have been active and how much you have staked.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot deposit or bet. The cool-off cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from btpkr. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies.

btpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at btpkr staff.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive.

When an account is closed for cause, btpkr will conduct a review of all activity. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method subject to completion of any outstanding verification. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, btpkr may withhold funds pending investigation or report the matter to relevant authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact support@btpkr.ws. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any balance remaining will be paid out after standard verification. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements — open bets will be settled normally and the results applied before final closure.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your agreement with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes in detail what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding that data.

btpkr will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

All content on the btpkr platform — including but not limited to the btpkr brand name and logo, website design, software, odds data, game content, text, graphics, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of btpkr or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any btpkr intellectual property without prior written permission.

You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the btpkr platform. Automated access to btpkr using bots, crawlers, or similar tools is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

btpkr provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

btpkr is not liable for losses resulting from internet outages, mobile network failures, device malfunctions, or any other technical issue outside btpkr's direct control that prevents a player from accessing or using the platform. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a functioning internet connection before placing time-sensitive bets.

btpkr may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, btpkr will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or corrections, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the btpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
